Job summary

Gentle Dental Moreno Valley is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance, communicating financial options to help them choose the best care. You will lead patients through the full cycle from first appointment to completion with a focus on accurate cost presentation.

The role is part-time and based in Moreno Valley, CA, offering a supportive team and opportunities to grow in patient-centered dental care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
