Job summary

Gentle Dental North Eugene is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present treatment plans and discuss costs, guiding patients through the financial options to achieve a happy and healthy smile from the first appointment to the last.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, strong computer literacy, and the ability to communicate treatment costs clearly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Present treatment plans and discuss costs of services.
• Communicate financial planning and available options to patients.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.

Pay Range

• $18-$20 per hour/DOE
