Job summary

Gentle Dental North Eugene is seeking part-time Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial planning and options based on the proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the last toward a healthy smile.

The role favors candidates with 1–2 years of front office medical experience, computer literacy, and a willingness to work with treatment plans and costs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve a happy and healthy smile.
