Responsibilities

• Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
• Solicit referrals from patients post‑treatment while tracking satisfaction.
• Contact patients or guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment to confirm fees and schedules.
• Communicate to office management if consulting schedules are not filled.
• Present treatment plans and estimate costs in an effective manner.
• Educate patients about the Orthodontist’s treatment plan after clinical review.
• Ensure patients are cleared for treatment, including validated cleanings and restorations.
• Promote and uphold the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure patients are compliant with appointments and financial obligations.
• Drive results and consistently achieve results and goals set by management.

This role focuses on patient development and ensuring excellent customer service to promote business and retention, while providing comprehensive knowledge of treatment plans and best practices.

• Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
• Solicit referrals from patients post‑treatment while tracking satisfaction.
• Contact patients or guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment to confirm fees and schedules.
• Communicate to office management if consulting schedules are not filled.
