Overview

Southern Dental & Orthodontics supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and bilingual Treatment Care Coordinator (TCC.). This role is ideal for a flexible, patient-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with their dental and orthodontic care.

Schedule (days/hours)

Spring Branch hours - Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm.
Sugarland / Stafford: E.O. Monday - 9 am - 5 pm.
Tuesday - 9 am - 5 pm (office closed 1 Tuesday a month).
Wednesday - 9 am - 5 pm.
Thursday - 11 am - 7 pm.
Friday - 9 am - 5 pm.
Saturday - 9 am - 2 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check‑in/check‑out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment coordinating experience required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental and/or orthodontic procedures and terminology.
• Proven experience with insurance verification and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing financial information and closing treatment plans.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in multiple office environments.

Compensation

$18-$22 per hour.
