Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare role, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage treatment details efficiently.

• Solid knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning.
• Confidence presenting treatment and flexible payment options.
• Great organization and attention to detail.

• Review treatment plans daily and ensure they fit patient needs.
• Explain treatment options, next steps, and costs clearly.
• Help patients feel at ease during financial conversations.
• Work with the clinical team to coordinate patient care.

What you'll do

• Review treatment plans daily and make sure they fit each patient's needs
• Explain treatment options, next steps, and costs in a clear, caring way
• Help patients feel at ease, especially during financial conversations
• Work with the clinical team to coordinate care and speak up for patient preferences
• Track treatment progress and keep notes, referrals, and claims accurate
• Review the schedule and fill openings to keep the day productive
• Set up payment arrangements and help patients understand their insurance benefits
• Handle daily admin work like route slips, checklists, emails, and team meetings

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar dental or healthcare role
• Solid knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning
• Confidence presenting treatment and flexible payment options
• Strong communication skills and a calm, caring approach
• Great organization and attention to detail
• Experience with dental software and ADA coding
