• Track treatment progress and case acceptance to keep patients on course with recommended care.
• Support scheduling and the financial side of patient treatment.

Dental Treatment Coordinator

The role

A treatment plan can look simple on paper. For a patient, it raises real questions: What does this mean? What will it cost? Will my insurance help? What are my options? That's where you come in. You'll be the person patients turn to when they need someone to slow things down, talk it through, and help them feel comfortable with their next step. You'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team, build relationships with patients across their whole treatment journey, and help them move forward with care they feel good about because it starts with earning their trust.
