You will work closely with doctors and staff to move patients along their treatment journey while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental office experience.
• The ability to explain dental treatment in simple terms.
• Strong communication skills and a natural gift for building rapport.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• The ability to work independently while staying tight with the team.

Responsibilities

• Walk patients through their treatment plans and options in language that makes sense to them.
• Discuss costs, insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
• Create a calm, supportive experience around treatment and finances.
• Relay patient needs, preferences, and goals to the doctors and clinical team.
• Coordinate treatment, appointments, referrals, and follow-up, with accurate documentation throughout.
• Track treatment progress and case acceptance to keep patients on course with recommended care.
• Support scheduling and the financial side of patient treatment.
