Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the Doctors
• Keep provider schedules filled and organized
• Manage the check in/check out process with patients
• Collect and post payments while following company financial policies
• Review treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients
• Accurately enter and update patient info in Denticon/ Dolphin
• Keep the front office and lobby tidy and welcoming
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive office vibe
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• A minimum of 1–2 years of dental front office experience
• Orthodontic experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and team player mentality
• Proficiency with computers and practice management software (Denticon/Dolphin experience a plus!)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up 15- 20 lbs.
