Job summary

Gentle Dental Placentia is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed care, guiding patients from first appointment to final smile.

We seek 1–2 years front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer literacy (QSI/Denticon a plus), and preferably bilingual teammates. Full-time positions with benefits available in Placentia, CA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to final smile.

Pay Range

• $18.00-$22.00 per hour/DOE
