Job summary

Gentle Dental in Oregon is hiring Treatment Coordinators for full-time positions. You will manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, presenting treatment plans and cost options, and guiding patients to a happy, healthy smile. The role offers $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate with familiarity of practice management software (QSI/Denticon a plus).
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs with patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to a happy, healthy smile.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
