Gentle Dental Sehome Village in Bellingham, WA is hiring for a Treatment Coordinator. You will guide patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance, explaining options and financing to help them achieve a healthy smile.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to final outcome with a positive patient experience.

At Gentle Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications

Pay Range

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE
