Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Louisburg, NC is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, explain treatment options, and help patients understand financial options to move their care forward.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork to deliver an exceptional patient experience and support a smooth, efficient office workflow with Denticon knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental front office or similar administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Help maintain productive provider schedules by coordinating patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Present and review treatment plans with patients and explain financial options and insurance benefits.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
• Collect payments and follow established financial policies.
• Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in Denticon accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic records and clean reception area.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to enhance patient experience.
• Perform additional duties to support practice success.

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Louisburg location!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping patients understand their treatment options, navigate their insurance benefits, coordinate appointments, and take the next step toward achieving their oral health goals.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Treatment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Help maintain productive provider schedules by effectively coordinating patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Present and review treatment plans with patients while helping them understand their recommended care and financial options.
• Support treatment acceptance by confidently communicating the value of recommended treatment.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
• Collect payments and follow established financial policies and procedures.
• Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in Denticon.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records while following HIPAA and company privacy requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the practice.
