GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to ensure children receive beautiful smiles with coordinated front office and clinical dental assisting support. The role emphasizes presenting financial treatment plans, insurance knowledge, and a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a desire to grow professionally within a team that values care, teamwork, and professional development. Office travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree required.
• Associates in Business or equivalent preferred.
• X-ray certification preferred; may be obtained through the company.
• Bilingualism preferred but not required.

Requirements

Education/Credentials:

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.

Job-related experience:

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
