Job summary

Northwestern Dental Center is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. You will greet patients, explain treatment plans and financing options, and help them navigate care from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients throughout their visit
• Explain treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
