Job summary

Leadership development is available for clinicians with leadership aspirations, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 with student loan assistance is offered to support new leaders joining the center.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000

Incentives: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and indefinite student loan assistance

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions


• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes


• Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios


• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

Qualifications
