Job summary
Eden Capital Careers seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead a therapy center, manage operations, and treat a full patient caseload in Sacramento. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, drive growth through local marketing to referral sources, and ensure high-quality care with compliant documentation.
The role includes oversight of budgets, staffing, and scheduling while supporting professional development through CE reimbursements and work-authorizations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program and current state licensure.
- CPR certification is required.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; proficient with Windows-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
- Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
- Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
