Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Sacramento to oversee therapy center operations, treat a full patient caseload, and lead staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This full-time role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and includes growth through local marketing to referral sources, with incentives, annual bonus, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic Windows-based systems proficiency.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high quality care and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare, and OSHA.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
