Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations and staff while treating a full patient caseload. You will drive growth through local marketing and ensure regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high-quality care.

The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and requires leadership, clinical expertise, and strong operations management in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
• Clinical problem-solving for treatment planning and outcomes.
• Basic proficiency with Windows-based systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt clinical operations to regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage staff relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
