Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations and staff while treating a full patient caseload. You will drive growth through local marketing and ensure regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high-quality care.

The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and requires leadership, clinical expertise, and strong operations management in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
