The position includes supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure in appropriate therapy field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Therapists and Aides and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
