Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead therapy center operations in Oakland, CA. The role involves managing staff, driving profitability, and delivering high-quality patient care.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate local marketing to referral sources, and support center growth while maintaining a full patient caseload.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
