Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards and OSHA safety protocols.
• Manage clinic facilities, equipment calibration and supply ordering.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
