PTR Global seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the system configuration for a high-visibility Treasury Management project. You will join a focused initiative team of 3–4 contractors, under a Product Manager and a Lead Admin.

In this role you will build a brand-new process from the ground up, designing how our Voice Center handles Treasury Management questions and issues, while exercising independent judgment to impact user and client experience.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Experience building and configuring new Salesforce processes from ground up.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent relationship-building with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Process Development: design and implement a brand-new Salesforce workflow for the Voice Center’s Treasury Management issues.
• Agile Execution: participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate to deliver iterative value.
• System Configuration: translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with Flow, custom objects, fields, layouts, and record types.
• End-to-End Ownership: own the technical implementation for assigned deliverables.
• User & Security Management: manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Collaboration: work with business partners and stakeholders as the technical product expert.
• Reporting & Dashboards: create dashboards and reports for Voice Center metrics and SLAs.
