Job summary

PINNACLE GROUP (Pinnacle Technical Resources) seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead system configuration for a high-visibility Treasury Management project in Richmond, VA. The role sits on a small, focused team of contractors reporting to a Product Manager and Lead Admin.

You will build a brand-new process from the ground up, shaping how the Voice Center handles Treasury questions. You will work independently, using strong hands-on configuration skills and business-translation

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Experience building new Salesforce processes and automations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement brand-new Salesforce workflows for Treasury Management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with PM and Lead Admin.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation for assigned deliverables.
• Manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules for security and compliance.
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders, acting as the technical product expert.
• Create and refine dashboards and reports to track Treasury Management metrics and SLAs.

• Client is seeking an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to lead the system configuration for a highly visible Treasury Management project.
• Candidates will be part of a focused initiative team of 3 to 4 contractors, working collaboratively under the direction of a Product Manager and a Lead Advanced Salesforce Administrator.
• In this role, candidates will be responsible for building a brand-new process from the ground up, specifically designing how our Voice Center handles Treasury Management questions and issues.
• Candidates will operate independently and exercise professional judgment in making decisions that impact the user and client experience. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on configuration skills, a passion for translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and the ability to act as a subject matter expert for this new workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Design, configure, and implement a brand-new Salesforce workflow from the ground up to support the Voice Center’s handling of Treasury Management issues.
• Agile Execution: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and work collaboratively with the Product Manager, Lead Admin, and other contractors to deliver iterative value.
• System Configuration: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing best practices for automation (e.g., Flow Builder), custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the end-to-end technical implementation process for your assigned project deliverables.
• User & Security Management: Manage aspects of user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to ensure data security and compliance within the new Voice Center processes.
• Collaboration: Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with business partners and stakeholders, serving as the technical product expert alongside the Lead Admin.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and refine dashboards and reports so Voice Center managers and stakeholders can track Treasury Management metrics and service SLAs.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Proven track record of building and configuring new Salesforce processes, workflows, and automations from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of and practical experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, and Git Repositories.
• Familiarity with AWS integrations and APIs, and how they interact with the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Previous experience in Treasury Management operations or the financial services sector.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
