Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to support a Treasury Management project with a focus on standardizing call center systems and developing new Salesforce processes for Voice Center operations.

You will design and implement workflows, manage users, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile team, ensuring security, performance, and data integrity on-site in Richmond, McLean, or New York.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required.
• Experience designing, building, and configuring Salesforce processes, workflows, and automations from the ground up.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Experience managing Salesforce user access, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Independently manage technical deliverables and end-to-end implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Onsite work in Richmond, VA; McLean, VA; or New York, NY.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce workflows to support Voice Center operations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end technical implementation for project deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Configure and manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to track metrics.
