Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a 6-month on-site engagement in Richmond, VA (also McLean, VA and New York, NY).

The role focuses on building a new Treasury Management workflow within Salesforce and ensuring seamless configuration and security The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce configuration skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently within an Agile team.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Proven track record building and configuring new Salesforce processes from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Design, configure, and implement a brand-new Salesforce workflow for Treasury Management issues.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with PM and Lead Admin to deliver iterative value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end technical implementation for project deliverables.
• Manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules for data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with business partners as the technical product expert alongside the Lead Admin.
• Create and refine dashboards and reports to track Treasury Management metrics and SLAs.
