The position offers in-office or remote work options nationwide, with a pay range of $70,000–$90,000 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Associate degree in Business, IT, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone/remote sessions.
• Ability to interpret/analyze customer data to support bank systems.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking for high-touch client work.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Manage client communications; be primary contact for transition timelines.
• Orchestrate onboarding across internal/external systems for the project lifecycle.
