Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a dynamic Treasury Management Training Services Specialist to deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education for clients and employees. This role emphasizes empathetic, learner-centered delivery, needs assessment, and collaboration with product teams to keep materials current.

The candidate will work in a fully in-office environment or remotely within the United States, covering Central Time Zone hours and supporting the Houston, TX or Midvale, UT

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of treasury and cash management products and services, roles and responsibilities, procedures and systems, and risk considerations.
• Experience in Treasury implementations, servicing, and instructional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: onboarding and ongoing training for clients and employees.
• Needs Assessment: identify training needs via dialogue, surveys, and observation.
• Support and Follow-Up: provide continued training and follow-up support.
• Documentation: keep detailed records of sessions, progress, and feedback.
• Collaboration: coordinate with stakeholders to keep materials up-to-date.
