Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via telephone, virtual meetings, or remote support sessions.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand customer data files to support integration with bank systems and services.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
