Zions Bancorporation seeks a Treasury Management Client Services Specialist to support Treasury Management clients across AZ, CA, CO, NV, TX, UT or WA. This is an in-office role in our western operations centers, with Monday–Friday schedules and a 40-hour workweek.

You will handle inquiries via phone or email, open Salesforce cases, and document resolutions while ensuring timely follow-up and fraud protection support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; banking/ treasury experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, problem solving and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work with clients and team members; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to Treasury Management clients by phone or email.
• Open Salesforce cases, document activity and resolve issues.
• Identify root causes and escalate when needed; assist with fraud-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues using Treasury systems and respond promptly.
