RSM US LLP is seeking Treasury Consulting Professionals across multiple experience levels to join our Global Treasury Practice. You will help clients transform treasury operations, optimize processes, and implement technology within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury technologies (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models.
• Develop functional and technical specifications; gather business requirements.
• Train clients on treasury systems and contribute to process improvement.
• Build client relationships and manage multiple project workstreams.
