Coconino County is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative professional to support the Treasurer’s Office. Under supervision, you will handle scheduling, prepare financial data for review, and assist with public communications and social media content.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry skills, and the ability to manage calendars, prepare reports, and maintain orderly records in a fast‑paced, public‑sector environment.
Under direct supervision, provides administrative, technical, and public-facing support to the Treasurer, Chief Deputy Treasurer, and the Banking Division. Work involves assisting with scheduling, communications, preparing financial data for review, and serving as the back‑up for all disbursement processes within the office.

Essential functions of this position include but not limited to: sitting, walking, standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching, bending and crawling for filing; working with and around others; dealing with interruptions; repetitive motion(hand/wrist/elbow/ shoulder) for computer work, filing, copying etc.; vision acuity (near) for computer work and reading documents; hearing and speech for ordinary conversation; finger dexterity and touch for typing. High school diploma or GED and one year of clerical, customer service, communications, or administrative support experience; OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
