Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to drive complex Treasury Technology programs. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives with strong governance and Agile practices.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, dependency management, and translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans to enable timely decisions and successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of IT project planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling.
• Experience leading enterprise technology programs in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery.
• Proven ability to coach delivery teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Treasury Technology programs from initiation through implementation and post-delivery stabilization.
• Define objectives, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, governance, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, product, architecture, risk, operations, and business partners.
• Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards, regulatory commitments, and business priorities.
• Monitor health via delivery metrics, financial tracking, and KPI insights.
