This role supports the Treasury team within U.S. Bank’s finance organization. The Treasury Technology team develops, supports, and modernizes the technology solutions that enable U.S. Bank's Treasury organization to manage capital, liquidity, funding, investments, interest rate risk, and regulatory reporting. Partnering closely with business and risk stakeholders, the team delivers innovative, secure, and reliable platforms, data solutions, and operational capabilities that support critical financial decision-making and the bank's strategic objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes across our organization. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs while ensuring alignment to organizational priorities, governance standards, and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple dependencies, and can effectively translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans. You will play a critical role in driving execution, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technology programs across multiple teams.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
