You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary contact to ensure timely implementation of onboarding projects. The role emphasizes managing risks, tracking progress with project plans, and delivering high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with project plans.
• Solicit ongoing feedback from clients and internal partners to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as primary point of contact, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive deliverables and timelines.
