Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead large Treasury Technology programs. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, and Business stakeholders to drive delivery across teams, aligning with governance standards and Agile practices.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple dependencies, and translates business objectives into actionable delivery plans for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Treasury Technology programs from initiation through implementation and post-delivery stabilization.
• Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, financial plans, governance routines, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, product, architecture, risk, operations, and business partners for aligned delivery.
• Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused communications for senior audiences.
