Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior finance systems leader to own the treasury technology platform from architecture to operations. You will define the data foundation, select and integrate key systems, and automate core treasury processes to scale our cash management and reporting.

You will partner with Treasury operators and Finance teams to deliver auditable, SOX-controlled solutions, while aligning with broader data lake and ERP strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech.
• Deep treasury domain knowledge including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, cash pooling structures, or payment workflows.
• Owned architecture and platform decisions for an internal finance or data platform across multiple systems and vendors.
• Led complex system design and infrastructure programs with engineering teams.
• Led a system implementation (TMS, ERP module, or similar) from design through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Architect the target-state treasury platform and data foundation, and define the roadmaps and build-vs-buy paths.
• Automate daily cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, and payments using Claude-powered workflows.
• Design ecosystem integrations with banks, ERP, and data lake to ensure a governable treasury data layer.
• Partner with Treasury operators to translate needs into clear product specs and production-ready plans.
• Ensure auditable and SOX-compliant processes as the function scales.
