Job summary

Progressive Leasing, a leader in lease-to-own solutions, seeks a hands-on Manager of Treasury to drive treasury operations, payments, and system integrations. You will lead cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank relationships while partnering with IT and FP&A on major initiatives.

You bring 10+ years in treasury, deep payments knowledge, and a track record of automation and system implementations, especially Workday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in treasury management, payments, or cash operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong experience with ACH, wire transfers, and lockbox operations.
• Proven ability to lead system implementations, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily treasury operations including cash positioning and liquidity management.
• Oversee payment processing across ACH, wires, lockbox, and online platforms.
• Lead Workday treasury workflows, bank connectivity, and access controls.
• Drive automation, controls, and process improvements across treasury.
