U.S. Bank is seeking a senior Corporate Treasury Business Manager to partner with Treasury leadership in executing strategic priorities and strengthening governance across the organization.

The role involves leading projects, coordinating with enterprise partners, and delivering executive-level reporting, with a focus on affordability, risk, and regulatory coordination. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management activities.
• 2+ years supporting Corporate Treasury or related functions, including funding, liquidity, derivatives, investments, balance sheet management, capital markets, or enterprise risk.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Treasury strategic priorities and annual objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, management reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Coordinate Treasury governance, risk assessments, issue management, and control-related activities with Risk and Compliance.
• Lead Treasury initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, project governance, communications, and milestone tracking.
• Support regulatory, technology, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with annual planning, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
