Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years experience in accounting, treasury, accounts payable, banking, or related finance environment.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to research discrepancies, document findings, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and process daily payment and card activity, including transactions and batch files.
• Perform reconciliations between card providers, banking activity, internal systems, supplier payments, and G/L accounts.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, including declined payments, duplicates, and processing errors.
• Maintain outstanding card activity logs and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close supporting schedules.
