Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, treasury, cash management, or similar.
• Strong cash flow management and bank reconciliations understanding.
• Experience with treasury or cash management in project-based environments.
• Experience communicating with banks or financial institutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow across multiple bank accounts and liquidity.
• Manage banking activity, transactions, balances, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate cash records, reconciliations, and internal reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger postings.
• Collaborate with leadership on treasury management and reporting needs.
• Prepare and analyze cash/treasury related financial reports.
• Assist with cash forecasting and working-capital management.
• Coordinate with banks on accounts and services.
• Support internal controls related to cash handling and treasury processes.
• Use ERP and Excel to manage reconciliations and reports.
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate ACH and wire transfers as needed.
• Provide insights on cash positions and variances.
