Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding of Treasury Solutions services for clients in Homewood, Birmingham, and other footprint locations. You will manage documentation, verify system setups, and train clients to ensure a smooth transition from sales to ongoing support.

The role requires extensive banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet timelines while maintaining service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of Banking experience with 3+ years in client support/implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and articulate complex issues.
• Excellent planning, project organizing, and customer training skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proven initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of federal/state regulations and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact for Treasury Solutions clients.
• Set client expectations for service onboarding timelines and notifications.
• Manage and execute onboarding plans and documentation workflow.
• Review enrollment forms and maintenance requests for proper completion.
• Coordinate with Treasury Operations and bank partners to implement services.
• Provide training and end-user support through onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain onboarding procedures, QA processes, and product guides.
• Support training of internal clients on Treasury Solutions products.
• Handle client issues via phone and email to complete onboarding.
• Arrange post-onboarding reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
