Job summary

BankUnited is hiring a Treasury Solutions Head of Account Services to lead strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of accounts services including Information Reporting, Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, Deposit Insurance, and Escrow Services. The role directs cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive programs from concept to delivery.

The leader will evaluate product performance, monitor competition, and manage ongoing enhancements, reporting to the Head of Product - Treasury

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
Minimum 7 years in management of Treasury products via online/mobile channels.
Experience in client portal migration preferred.
Demonstrated product management experience end-to-end (Strategy to BAU).
Familiarity with Agile practices and design thinking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product strategies and roadmaps anchored by data to deliver client value.
Collaborate with vendors and drive roadmap alignment.
Create presentations communicating product vision and milestones.
Analyze pricing and profitability to identify revenue opportunities.
Ensure delivery of the roadmap and effective communication to stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage risk controls.
