Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in fields such as accounting, marketing, business administration or finance.
• Equivalency to a four-year college degree required; two years related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow commercial banking relationships focused on Treasury Services and core deposit growth.
• Collaborate with lenders and retail teams to identify opportunities and deliver Treasury Services solutions.
• Conduct joint sales calls with bankers and prospect new business via cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Analyze clients' cash flow needs and industry trends to recommend Treasury Services products and solutions.
• Onboard new Treasury Services clients and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Travel regularly to support clients and prospects throughout the bank's market area.
