Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Treasury Service Specialist I in Oklahoma to manage daily Treasury operations and deliver high-quality service to Treasury customers. Qualifications

• Independent, self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication for clear client guidance and documentation.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in banking/finance.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Opens or maintains commercial accounts with complete, compliant documentation.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management Officers on new/maintenance requests and ensures documentation accuracy.
• Oversees implementation of products (ACH, online wires, positive pay) across systems.
• Trains Treasury customers onsite or remotely on Treasury products and services.
• Handles Treasury customer service inquiries via phone, aiding password resets, limits, and outages.
• Maintains rapid response to tickets and messages in online banking, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Supports Treasury Management Officers to resolve complex issues or implementations.
• Serves as primary contact for existing Treasury Management customers and guides account inquiries.
• Provides technical guidance on Treasury Management systems, including remote access when needed.
• Verifies new or modified customer implementation agreements and setup.
• Backs up Treasury Services Manager on updating Account Analysis charges.
• Keeps current on product enhancements and regulatory changes; attends trainings.
• Identifies Treasury sales opportunities.
