Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to support sales, implement, document, and service our TS clients. You will act as product expert for all TS products, coordinating with internal bank staff and external clients to ensure successful delivery and ongoing satisfaction.

You will handle pre/post technical implementations, client inquiries, and training sessions, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC and security policies while promoting best practices in Online Banking, Bill Payment,

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cash/treasury management and related services in financial institutions.
• Strong client-service mindset with professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex implementations and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pre/post technical implementation of treasury management solutions and customer service.
• Handle complex implementations and manage client relationships.
• Provide training and ongoing support for Online Banking and TS products.
• Ensure compliance with AML, Patriot Act, information security, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal bank teams and external clients to deliver TS services.
