Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Treasury Client Services Professional III in Oklahoma City to manage a designated client portfolio, provide expert support on DDA and Treasury Management Products, and resolve daily client issues. You will independently set daily cash positions and consult on investment options, with guidance for the most complex communications.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in a business field (Bachelor’s preferred) and 4 years of banking/treasury client servicing

Qualifications

Associate degree in business or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
4 years of banking and treasury client servicing experience.
Proficiency in financial documentation and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

Manage complex Treasury client accounts, ensuring accurate setup and functionality.
Review and verify legal and regulatory documentation for new/existing account openings.
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve documentation issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, updating clients per End-of-Day Directive.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems and improve processes.
Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach, fraud prevention, and training.
Mentor junior team members and expand product and system knowledge.
