Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience preferred.
• Administrative, office coordination, or business support experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience managing departmental documentation
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Operations: Maintain accurate treasury records, banking documentation, and signer records; prepare invoices and process treasury-related billing and payments; respond to inquiries; assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities; ensure security of financial information.
• Process school/center deposits: Maintain BEN Deposits system and users, monitor cash deposits.
• Forgivable Loan Program: Manage origination and journals.
• BEN Helps Support: Monitor the treasury services portal and respond to tickets with good customer service.
• Invoice Management: Create/close PO's, process payments, verify journal entries, and support accounting procedures.
• Reconciliation: Resolve deposit discrepancies and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Bank & Merchant Online Portal Maintenance: Provide access and conduct quarterly audits.
• Bank Account Signers Management: Update bank representatives and signers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments across campus and DOF to support treasury operations.
