Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Administrative or business support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Maintain treasury records, banking documentation, and signer records; prepare invoices and process billing.
• Respond to inquiries from departments regarding treasury services and BEN deposits.
• Coordinate with other offices to support Treasury operations and month-/quarter-/year-end activities.
• Manage deposits, helps support the Forgivable Loan Program and portal.
• Process invoices, close PO's, verify journal entries, and assist with special projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support treasury operations across campus.
